How to Slow Down Ageing Process Naturally?

Ageing is the natural process our bodies go all the way through, as we get older. Nonetheless, there are some complex biological functions that go faster ageing such as glycation and over oxidation of cells. This acceleration in the ageing process is caused by excessive sugar, stree, and toxicity. On the other hand, as you may have noticed there are some people who are 40 but look 60 and others who are 60 but look 20 years younger.

Get Sufficient Sleep: While you don’t get adequate sleep, the body produces excess cortisol a hormone that breaks down skin cells. Get sufficient sleep and you will produce more human growth hormone (HGH), that helps skin remain thick, less likely to wrinkle with more elastic.

Work Out and Try Face Yoga: Work out and yoga is the another best way to relax your mind and body. Face yoga is a bunch of facial exercises to keep your face taut and younger-looking forever. We repeatedly fail to remember to work out our facial muscles but these exercises help do the the same and keep ageing skin at cove.

Ear Healthy Food: You need to take diet which is full of vitamins that come from the fresh green veggies and fruits. And dry fruit/nuts as well.

Stay Away from Trauma (Stress): Stress discharge hormones like cortisol which decrease muscular tissue beneath the skin. This makes your skin thinner and makes it look wrinkled and old.

Use a Moisturiser: Dry skin is also a major reason of premature ageing. So we have to moisturise  our skin with a good quality moisturiser. Nowadays, many women are so concerned with anti-ageing products they often overlook the power of a simple moisturiser.

Don’t Over-Wash Your Face: Over and over again, wash off your face with the tap water is not good for your skin  because it cleans the the natural barrier oils and moisture of your skin which protects your skin against wrinkles. You should need a cleanser or face wash instead of a soap.
